I forget but are we allowed to gift things (items specifically) to other players? I can't remember specifics about this but I remember there were some conflicts of interest about this in the past so thought I should ask.

In general, yes, though be judicious about it. If we perceive abuse there may be consequences. Like, don't go bug your friends to come here and post just to sign up and give you things with their startup wealth.
