Player Creation Tool: This Player Creation Tool can help you in deciding how some builds will work for you.
Please refer to the Chapter 1: Sign-up & Character Creation. for more details regarding character creation. You may also find looking at Chapter 2: Skills useful.
Here is a summary of the Character Creation Process:
1) Choose your character's name and age. A Chinese name is recommended, but not mandatory. Characters must be at least 15 years old and cannot be older than 100.
2) Distribute your stats. You have 100 points to distribute between the five stats. You may put as few as 0 points or as many as 60 points into a single stat.
3) Tell us how many characters you have had prior to this one.
Please format your post as follows, for ease of processing:
sample wrote:Name: Chou Huo
Age: 34
Lead: 25
War: 25
Int: 25
Pol: 10
Cha: 15
First character.
The staff will then post a reply with something like this:
Staff Member wrote:Name: Chou Huo
Age: 34
- Leadership: 67/71
- War: 67/71
- Intelligence: 67/71
- Politics: 50/55
- Charisma: 56/61
Points to Distribute (PTD): 15
Skill Points (SP): 12
Starting Gold: 500
From there, you can distribute your "PTD" into your stats. You can spend your SP on skills as explained in the sign up rules. You may also spend ONE SP to expertise a SINGLE skill, and/or spend ONE SP to raise the maximum value of a SINGLE stat by three, which you may then raise with your existing PTD. You may not expertise more than one skill, nor raise the maximum to more than one stat.
Once you have done that, post again with your final starting character, showing us where you have spent your PTD and SP, as well as adding them up at the bottom to prevent math errors:
Chou Huo (34)
Name: Chou Huo
Age: 34
- Leadership: 67+6 (1SP spent to increase maximum to 73)=73
- War: 67+4=71
- Intelligence: 67+4=71
- Politics: 50+1=51
- Charisma: 56+0=56
PTD check: 6+4+4+1+0 = 15
Skills: Charge (2sp), Duelist (3sp), Farmer (e) (3+1sp), Study (2sp)
Starting gold: 500
Final--
Chou Huo (34) 70-71-71-51-59, Charge, Duelist, Farmer (e), Study.
