I haven't been here in a while, but the state of affairs is exactly what I expected it to be, so a heads-up for what is worth:
Since Creative Assembly is developing Total War: Three Kingdoms (Trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4D42vMUSIM), it is exceedingly likely that there will be an increase in popularity of the time-period, which might innevitably bring more people here, old timers and new players alike, alured by the charm of the game and of the period.
Therefore, it would make sense to try to make a significant push towards the completion of the game mechanics as soon as possible, to take advantage of the potential popularity wave the game can ensue, and kickstart back the game into activity.
That is, if there still is any activity by what used to be the staff.
