Skills: Acumen (director of the secretariat under Wei), Cunning (plans), Military Engineer (suggestions of a mud wall), Tactician (e) (career tactician), Reversal (seeing through many plans), Rumor (rumor of Cao Cao's attack against Yuan Shao), Terrain (flood advice), Trap (recognition of Cao Cao's plans against Wen Chou), Wall (role as a camp guard), Wile (advising taking advantage of discord of the Yuans)
Stats:
Lead; Defended a camp, no major military records, it's fine.
War: Lived a wile, 42's fine.
Int: Incredibly succcessful strategist, no DEM plans though, just accurate, 96 to keep him off that top level.
Pol: High ranking official, nothing noted about him, 70s is fine.
Cha: Respected and listened to by Cao Cao, didn't really get killed for opposing Cao Cao being a Duke, 80s is fine.
Personality: Not sure if the novel opposing of a duke is enough to warrant Good, I'll go neutral.
Revised: Not necessary

Xun Yu (163) 72-34-92-96-88 | Skills: Acumen (800), Administration (500), Charming (300), Cunning (250), Farmer (250), Leader (250), Networking (800), Reversal (250), Rumour (300), Siegecraft (300), Spy (150), Tactician (600), Terrain (350) | Items: | Ranks: Free Officer | Location: Not Found
Skills: Acumen (e) (head of the capital while Cao Cao campaigned, Cao Cao's chief political adviser), Administration (e) (see Acumen), Charming (noted for being so), Cunning (plans), Farmer (advice in a time of famine), Networking (e) (seriously considered Enchanter because I think he recruited as many, if not more, top flight generals to Wei as Liu Bei did in his career), Reversal (recognizing the raid coming against Cao Cao), Rumour (speaking badly of Yuan Shao's men to Kong Rong), Siegecraft (defense against Lu Bu), Spy (use of), Tactician (plans), Terrain (recognizing terrain advantages for Cao Cao)
Stats:
Lead: He defended a city against Lu Bu with Cheng Yu and Cao Ren and co., 72 works.
War: Said to be sickly by Mi Heng, 34 works.
Int: Not nearly the tactician of some, great deal of foresight, deserves to stay low 90s.
Pol: In charge of the capital while Cao Cao campaigned, handled much of Wei's administration. With his ability to find men of renown, I think that's top elite levels, I'll move him up to 98.
Cha: Lot of people he recruited, but he also upset Cao Cao, so I'll leave it off the 90s.
Personality: Good. Left when Dong Zhuo took power, was willing to die when Cao Cao decided to become a Duke.
Revised: Not necessary.

Skills: Aid (e) (a lot of help of Cao Cao), Blitz (elite tiger warriors under his command), Duelist (e) (he's Xu Chu), Investigator (a few instances of arresting people), Military Engineer (built his own ramparts), Scout (scouting on the Zhang Lu campaign), Trap (leading Yuan Shao into an ambush), Valour (arrow shots to the back and still moving)
Stats:
Lead: Historical command under Cao Cao, its fine.
War: Dueled Lu Bu, it's fine
Int: Not stupid some bits of intelligence, fine.
Pol: Loyal to Cao Cao, followed the laws, fine.
Cha: Popular and intimidating, that's fine.
Personality: Neutral, loyal to Cao Cao
Revised: Not necessary.

Xu Shu (175) 50-65-75-65-84 | Skills: Aid (100), Ambush (250), Formation (300), Networking (100), Rumour (200), Tactician (250) | Items: | Ranks: Free Officer | Location: Not Found
Skills: Acumen (historical head of the censorate), Formation (knowledge of Cao Ren's formation), Networking (friends), Scout (seeing through the formation), Reversal (e) (seeing through many ploys), Rumour (getting out of dodge in Wei), Tactician (what he did)
Stats:
Lead: Never really lead troops in the novel or history, it's fine.
War: Swashbuckling past, it's fine.
Int: Could use a boost for how well over he's put, but he did need help from Pang Tong to leave Wei, so low 80s.
Pol: Head of the censorate, 70s is fine.
Cha: Charming, 80s works.
Personality: Good, because he has to be coerced against his will to join Cao Cao, and never actually did anything for him. On a personal note: I think personalities would be better if Good and Evil had "Will join an Evil/Good lord under special circumstances" clauses, although we're too late in the ballgame for that, I'd still go good since he really didn't serve Cao Cao in the novel.

Skills: Administration (governor of Han Zhong), Aid (career), Ambush (use of), Arrowstorm (wounding Cao Cao), Arson (burning down a bridge), Blitz (noted for using Spearmen vs. Cavalry), Charge (cavalry lead vs. the Ma's), Duelist (a few duels in his career), Jeer (yelling at people), Leader (career), Loyalty (SGZ, highly respected by his men), Scout (with Zhang Fei at Han Zhong), Stealth (sneaking into a city), Trap (e) (Wang Shuang, Wu Tugu, Sima Yi), Valour (surviving an arrow shot)
Stats:
Lead: Career general who works real well under Zhuge and is one of the best generals in Shu, but doesn't do enough on his own for me to go much higher.
War: Few duels, most notably Zhang He, 89's fine.
Int: A couple plans including his assault on Chang'An, I'll drop it a little to the mid 60s.
Pol: A governor, but made the choice to stupidly rebel, high 40s is fine.
Cha: Respected by his men, off-putting of others, fine in the low 60s.
Personality: Neutral. His penchant for betrayal is entirely orchestrated by Zhuge, and he never does anything that's really evil in the novel.
Revised: Not necessary

Skills: Acumen (historically a clerk), Administration (historically one), Aid (e) (helping people), Arrowstorm (e) (precision wounding of a soldier), Cunning (tricking an officer to tear up his message so he could deliver his lord's message first, the plan to escape the siege of Kong Rong), Duelist (dueling Sun Ce), Investigator (his role as an inspector with Liu Yao), Missile (e) (killing a soldier), Networking (recruiting Liu Yao's men to Sun Ce), Raid (attempted one of Zhang Liao), Stealth (sneaking into the city to see Kong Rong)
Stats:
Lead: Didn't really do that much novel or history. Low 70s as he was resourceful, but never a noted leader of men.
War: Fine for what he did, only really missing an epic duel against a top flight opponent.
Int: Times of cunning and intelligence, I'll raise it to the low 70s.
Pol: Low 60s for his ranks and his ability.
Cha: High 70s for everyone he recruited.
Personality: Did good things, but I don't see him as overly good. Neutral.
Revised: Not necessary.
